Ko’olau Baptist Academy believes that parents have the primary responsibility for the education of their children.  Therefore, parents must be willing to assume the financial obligations associated with their children’s education.

Tuition

KBA is committed to keeping tuition as low as possible while still providing a sound academic program.  Current tuition charges can be found here tuition expenses 2023-2024 or in the school office.

Tuition Payments

There are three options from which a family may choose to pay their tuition.  Options are as follows:

Fees

Enrollment/Re-enrollment Fee

All new and returning students are required to pay an enrollment/re-enrollment fee.  The enrollment/re-enrollment fee reserves a place in the classroom for your child; it is non-refundable.

Comprehensive Fee

A comprehensive fee is charged to all students.  The comprehensive fee helps to cover the expense of textbook rental, annual testing, P.E. equipment, yearbook, arts and crafts material, etc.  The comprehensive fee is non-refundable.

Late Fee

Accounts not paid by the 30th of each month will be assessed a $15 late fee.  Accounts becoming more than 30 days past due may be assigned to a credit collection agency for collection.  In addition, the child(ren) will not be allowed to continue in class until the account is made current.

Graduation Fee

Each Kindergarten graduate will be charged a $30.00 matriculation fee.  The fee covers the cost of diploma, gift Bible, and graduation cap with tassel.  Payment must be made prior to graduation. Each high school graduate will be charged a $50.00 matriculation fee.  The fee pays for transcripts, cap and gown, and diploma.  Payment must be made prior to graduation.
